I can see the disappointment clearly
in your uncaring eyes.
I'm sick and tired of the insults
and all your loving lies.
Don't you dare tell me I'm ungrateful,
cuz you're the selfish one.
You don't know a single thing
about your daughter or your son.
Stop telling me you love me, please.
You're terrible at lying.
Because if you cared, you wouldn't walk away
or insult me when I'm crying.
Your indifference kills me daily,
but I won't come crawling back to you.
Your love should be unconditional,
not depend on what I do.
I don't need a father's love,
and I don't want your loving lies.
But all I want for Christmas
is to be worth it in your eyes.
