A Life In The Day Of Zhari

by Jason Scanlon
(Afghanistan RC East (Hell)))

I look down at you but up at all times
I slowly kneel by your side
I don't think I am ready for you to go
you tell me its not your show
Why, Why would he take you now
You shrug your shoulders and raise your brow
I finally manage to take a seat
looking at you from face to feet
I shake my head I look away
You look at me, God chose this way
I grab your hand, not wanting bye
You raise up and walk to the sky
