Alone

For a second I had no one by my side..
No one to console me,
no matter how hard I cried..
All had just turned against me..
All had ignored my wretched misery..
No one came to wipe my eyes..
No one cared to hear my cries..
I tried to make it up to them..
But the strength I had, was lost till then..,
and now the fear I've always known..
Has come but true..I am alone.
