Angels

Angels are always near guiding our footsteps everyday

they hush away our fear and protect us from danger

some angels are seen some are unseen

great white wings carry them in flight

sometimes they come to comfort us when a loved one dies

Angels are majestic beings covered by light

great ambassadors ready to fight our toughest battle

at times we might lose our way and stray away from the good path

drifting into darkness and strife

it is then angels are sent our way on a mission of mercy

loving and cheering us day by day
