At the Park

Today when I went to the park
A dog startled me with a loud bark.
I saw a few little girls
wearing necklaces made of pearls.
They all ran into the park ring
and some of them began to sing:
"Oh it's a lovely day,
no wonder we are all gay!"
I stayed for an hour or two
I had great fun, Hoo Hoo Hoo
All I can say is that it was a lovely park
Goodbye! Time to leave, as now it is dark!
