Dancing Man

by McCollonough Ceili
(Nashville, TN and Ireland)

Dancing Man dance a song for me, while you live here on the street.
Others look away thinking you crazy strange,
But all I see is a joyful child at play.
Dancing Man I know not your name or of where you came,
Yet I feel blessed to see you just the same.
Others will see the blessing that you bring,
Though not until you no longer dance and sing.
Dancing Man will you dance with me?
And teach me how to with this world make my peace?
