Ghetto Child

by Fatal69
(Los Angeles, CA, USA)

I was born in the mud but I came out clean... my parents gave me shelter but I was raised by the streets.
School was irrelevant my dreams got swept by the wind... I sold my soul to the ghetto and became an instrument of sin. My only guidance is the stars that shine bright in the night... I'm referring to my fellow big homies who I look up to with fright. A menace to society is what I'm known too be... I pour rivers full of liquor for those who left before me. My crazy way of living renders only one destination... to turn around and walk away is just a wild imagination. Crying from a distance I hear my mother call... but now it's too late I'm doing life behind the wall.
