H20

by GEORGE CAMPOS
(ONTARIO, CALIF. USA)

When you start using water
Be a serious careful miser
Imagine it costs a dollar
For every ounce or more...

Don't wait until you're done
To let the water run
Don't say NO, say yes
Start using less and less.

The world is 70 percent water
But only 1 percent is ours
So be very very stingy
Save some for you and me.

Water, Water everywhere
But only a little to share
So conservation is the answer
Or we'll soon be out of water!!
