Keep Walking

Keep walking,
because if you stop, you show you’re weak.
You can’t go back,
because it will only hurt more.
You start walking in the rain,
your friend comes running out saying,
you will come back cause you love me.
I stop and start to turn back,
then my mind says,
you’re doing it again, don’t go back ,
what's left for you.
So I put my hood up,
whilst biting my lip,
I turn the way I want to go,
I hold my head high,
and shout I’m sorry,
you suddenly realize what I mean.
And you start running to me saying don’t do it,
I give you a hug and say goodbye,
I start walking,
then I say quietly to myself 'keep walking...'
