I’m making up for lost time
Made Jesus a friend of mine
Now I’m living the right way
Jesus makes everything ok.

Now I walking a straight line
Living by Psalm forty-nine
Praising him before his throne
Seed to the kingdom sown.

I’ve been rich, I’ve been poor
I know now what I stand for
The Lord has redeemed me
From my sin, I’m set free.

I give praise to him from above
Knowing Jesus died for my love
I’m making up for lost time
Victory waiting at the finish line.
