I saw him across the road
Waiting to cross,the car filled road
The cars freeze and he crosses coming
straight towards me

My heart rate became faster
the closer he came
His eyes were a deep blue
so deep and revealing that
you could see inside his soul

His soul was pure and good
and peaceful waiting for the
one true love that he wants
to hold in his arms

When he reached me he took
my hand and came closer to
my face

His lips touched mine in an
instant
His lips were warm and his scent
was filling my head

When our lips parted he looked
into my eyes and whispered
I love you
