I am real. I am complicated. I am strong.
I yearn, I strive, I hope, I want, I need.
I am my own drum, my own light, my own life-line.
I think fiercely, give freely, see openly.
I am my closest friend, my greatest resource, my biggest motivator.
I can change; I can improve and grow and take pride in myself.
I can hold tight and let go. I can fight and I can walk away.
I can forgive and treasure and put faith in myself.
I see myself clearly. I accept confusion and weakness, mistakes and anxieties but they do not loom over me.
I will always be on my own team and cheer for my own heart; my kindness, my courage, my happiness.
