No Childhood

You say do as I tell you.
I do what I see.
Different men in and out
never knew what childhood was all about.
Playing with jacks and skipping rope.
I missed those days on the the corner
selling dope.
Not saying it was right.
I know it was wrong.
Didn't know my father papa
was a rolling stone.
