Thanks to the poem which spreads all around,
praise about subjects like the earth and the ground.
Thanks to the poem that spreads love,
to every subject like a glittering white dove.
Thanks to the poem which shows all of us,
that good can be found even in the grouch on the bus.
Thanks to the poem whose words are full of praise,
they dispel the evils of pride and disgrace.
Thanks to the poem whose words are music to my ears,
this is the poem that can remove many fears.
Thanks to the poem whose words send me to a heavenly abode,
and thank you for reading my ode to an ode.
