Ode to my Love

by Barnaby J. Pollock
(New Zealand)

I see my love, she sees me too,
I think I see her more.
And when she looks and smiles at me,
it melts me to the core.
For only she holds in her hand the key to tame my heart.
And though she knows not to this day,
she's held it from the very start.
