Out On A Limb

Have been having a lot of fun today
Went down the street
To the park to play
While I was there
Some smart kid said to me
“You will never learn to fly!”
So, I climbed up a tree
I was out on a limb
Ten feet off the ground
When the limb broke off
With a cracking sound
I have now learned my lesson
In the most painful way
Never listen to nothin’
The smart kid might say
