PASS IT ON

by GEORGE CAMPOS
(ONTARIO, CA. - USA)

I've noticed through the years
Those who have suffered
Are quick to comfort others
They are true caressers..

When there's a loss of a child
Others who have lost offer help
Recalling their own journey
And extend loving sympathy..

Have you been sick, imprisoned
Lost a loved one, abandoned
Perhaps treated unfairly
Maybe even abusively.

God promises love and good
Even in our darkest moments
We are comforted by our Father
So we can comfort each other..
