Searching

by Gemma Moore
(Weston super mare (England))

A young woman gently falls
Into a deep and peaceful slumber
On a quiet starry night.

When one half of the world
Is covered in immortal darkness,
The other half a constant
buzz of sound and energy.

She is dreaming a dream
So vivid and alive
In her minds eye.

The dream is always the same.
Contantly searching for the man with no name,
In a sea of confusion
Full of people with no faces.

Everytime that she reaches him
He slowly slips away.
One day they will meet
Although they do not know it yet.

Because surrounded by the buzz of the other half
Exists the man with no name,
And destiny and fate will intervene
To bring them together.

Two soulmates made in the calmness and tranquility
Of Heaven.
