The Little Red Deer

by Ara

The little red deer, so young and naive, loved so very much to run and be free.
Time passed by and the deer grew up, into a beauty like none ever seen.
People amazed and dazzled by her, not knowing the wounds deep within she carried.
The insecurities and scars she bore, that gave her pain much worse than dying.
Regardless the deer lived on, for the people she cared the most, containing and suppressing everything she went through, deep within her soul.
Until one day her mask finally broke, and the life that she so dearly tried to preserve, had vanished form the face of the earth.
