The fight to be an individual
Is an endless struggle in life
To fight to stay yourself, always
Can cut you like a knife

To be unique, to stay unique
To take it like a man
Even if you aren't
Because they can't understand

That to be like everyone else
Is to give up on yourself
To be one of so so many
It's the same as losing oneself

To wear the same, to act the same
To eat and live the same; to cry
The same, to think the same
To throw out your 'different' and leave it

to die
