The Sea, the sound, the waves, the power,
a friendship from the west
I am longing for silence,
I am longing for a deep rest.
I am longing to stop my fears
and longing to stop my heartbeat,
buried deep in my chest.

I know one day you will embrace me,
I am feeling really small
I know one day you will unite me
and release me from it all.

My only love, friend and savior,
my beautiful friend the sea.

One day I will be there,
please call me just a little harder,
how bittersweet that will be....
