The Way....

‎"the way..."

The way you become a friend,
You capture someone's eye.
Your divinity and hospitality are a true gift,
your gift is a gift well given
your smiles and laughter make a person's day or night.
A hug or a peck on the cheek can make a friendship grow.
Funny late night calls, and funny faces. You begin to realize that
the person who is on the other line is your friend till the end.
You can't help but think, will your friendships grow older,
or will it grow colder.
Then you see that in each other's time of need you will be there for one another.
Needless to say, you will be there through thick or thin whether ground or ice.
Just know that this is how you become a friend.
