Unsustainable Love

I used to speak highly of it,
I used to be in it.
I cherished and adored it,
I used to believe it was real.
I thought my life was wrapped around it,
I thought it was here to stay.
I invited it into my life,
and as pure and innocent as I am
it destroyed me.
Filled me with anger,hate and resentment..
I hate it....
The unsustainable love...
