What who and with who

by Terry Crossie
(Lake Country Canada)

What am I to do? I ask you

what am I going to do? and who do I get to do I with?

My world has left me, it seems that I am doomed

My world is lonely with many dark rooms.

What am I going to do and who do I get to do it with?

I look to the east and the west disappears,

what's left is a handful of dried up dead tears

What am I going to do, and who do I get to do it with?.

Each morning I see you resting with your peace

I long to be with you, to find my release

What am I going to do and who do I get to do it with?

We wandered, laughed and held our hands tight

come back to me darling make every thing right

What am I going to do, and who do I get to do it with?

I want to do it with you, that's what I want to do.

What am I to do? I ask you
