When The Loneliness Stops

by Anonymous

Where will we be
when Ye loneliness stops,
everyday the same thing happening,
smiling, walking
pretending all is as was Ever to be.
Wishing for someone to see
how you're broken,
to help put the pieces
together again.
But no one comes
and the loneliness keeps filling the hole
inside me where the heart once beat so bad,
no softness, no warmth,
no love and no caring
just numb , still numb
yet no ones aware.
Keep dreaming that dream,
keep fighting the good fight,
hoping one day you will wake
and the hole will be filled
but dreams rarely come true
and that heart will remain true
to the numbness that has filled it
and the walls that hold it in.
