Worry Me, Worry This

Don't tell me not to worry,
I worry for a reason.
It may not be a good reason,
but to me it's what I worry most about.
When I do worry it's when I wake wondering,
what today is going to do to bring me down?
Or when I'm going to sleep wondering,
what from today is going to give me nightmares? Don't tell me not to worry,
I worry for a reason.
