and I went away,
would you miss me?

If I found a gem,
worth a million dollars,
would you dance?

If I was being picked on by bullies,
and my feelings were hurt,
would you stand up for me?

If I was bankrupt,
and needed a home,
would you let me in?

If I was in an accident,
and was in the hospital,
would you visit me?

If my mother died,
and I was in pieces,
would you comfort me?

If I said I loved you,
and secretly,
you loved me too,
would you tell me?

If I knelt on the ground,
and asked you to marry me,
would you say yes?
